Summer Shook is a passionate mentor, artist, and guide dedicated to helping women embrace their authentic selves and unleash their creativity. With over 25 years of experience as a makeup artist for film and television—including HGTV’s Fixer to Fabulous and other Emmy Award-winning productions—Summer understands the transformative power of self-expression.

 

Her journey into mentorship began during her seven years as a secretary at a public high school, where she discovered a deep love for supporting others. She later became the Director of Rooted, a mentorship program for at-risk teens at Monarch 61, and earned a certification in HeartMath’s Trauma-Sensitive Resilient Heart Program, equipping her to help others regulate their nervous systems and foster emotional balance.

 

With a background in Art Education from Ouachita Baptist University and a career rooted in creativity, Summer now combines her love of art, mindfulness, and mentorship to empower women. Whether teaching nervous system regulation, helping others find their flow, or guiding women toward loving their authentic selves, Summer’s approach is heart-centered and transformative.
